eBłoodServices App has been designed, developed and published by Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC), Noida on behalf of Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) National Headquarters (NHO) Delhi, lndia. IRCS is committed to protecting your privacy, while delivering the software that brings you the convenience you desire in eBłoodServices App.This privacy statement governs your use of eBloodServices App. It does not apply to other online or offline lndian Red Cross Society (IRCS} sites, services, or apps.
This app provides features for citizens to request blood, search blood stock availability and blood donation camp schedule of Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) National Headquarters (NHQ) Delhi, India and associated blood centres which use the Blood Centre Management System (eRaktKosh) developed by the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing, Noida.
Collection and Use of Your Information
eBloodServices App does not share any personally identifiable information, logins, passwords or any other data to third parties. The blood request feature requires mobile number validation via OTP, user's name, blood group and father's name to provide the service and this data is not shared to third parties. eBloodServices app uses the current geographical location of the user to provide location based services for searching availability of blood stock in nearby blood centres and nearest blood donation camps. The app does not store the user location either in the app or on any server belonging to CDAC or third party. In case the user does not wish to provide the current location information, the user can turn off the location services. In this case, eBloodServices App informs the user that łocation services are not available when the app is started. The app also provides functionalities to navigate, call and email to selected blood centres, and does not collect or store the information about them. In addition, the app requires permissions for INTERNET,ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE,READ_ PHONE_STATE,CALL _PHONE,MAPS_RECEIVE,READ_GSERVICES,GET_ACCOUNTS,READ_PROFILE,WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE,ACCESS_FINE LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION. Further, the user can revoke or deny any of the permissions sought by the app from the device's settings option.

IRCS respects and protects the privacy of the individuals who use eBlood Services App services and is committed to helping protect the security of your information. The information captured by the app is not shared with any third party.
